Why Is Organizing So Difficult?

Organizing is so difficult because it is usually with a big group or community. That makes it harder because if you want to get the word out fast, you have to work pretty hard. It is still hard to get everyone to start a new thing. For example, when we came up with the idea to give a free cinnamon bun every 3 plastic containers, it took awhile because we had to tell every class, make posters, make tickets. Over about 3-2 days, no one has done anything about the cinnamon bun. So we have to send messages, more tickets. It gets really annoying after awhile. You try organize something by yourself and you see how difficult it can get.
